Aurelia grew up in Colorado. She studied philosophy and Russian language and literature at UW/Madison. She has taught G.E.D. and E.S.L. classes and teaches creative writing at the Loft in Minneapolis. She loves books, bikes, cities, and the wild land and water of the Upper Midwest. She lives with her husband in Saint Paul.
